Additional steps?

Post by renehawk »

I'm encountering a challenge with my Hifiberry Digi+ card. It performs well on my Raspberry Pi 4 when running Raspbian, but it's not recognized during the sound test on WTware. I've already added the line dtoverlay=hifiberry-digi to the config.txt file, which is the standard procedure on Raspbian and other Linux distributions to load the driver. Furthermore, I've placed the dtbo file for the mentioned driver into the overlays folder by accessing the WTware SD card via a Windows PC, yet there hasn't been any change. Perhaps there are additional steps needed? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No way, sorry. Kernel driver needed to play sound on device on I2S bus. No such driver compiled into wtware. I never tried it, and we have no hardware to test.
