Slower drawing on large LCD

Drawing speed on large LCD (1920x1080) 16bit of wtware is 2-3 times slower than that of RDP client on Windows XP.
It is even slower in drawing photo image on Internet Explorer 8. RDP host runs on Windows Server 2003.
Is there any way to improve it without decreasing color depth?

With the same computer, the same resolution, the same color depth, the same server? Give me log file, please.

Yes, they all are the same. Please examine log file.

Log looks good.
Please, describe the slowest operations so that we could reproduce it. Video to compare speed in mstsc and in WTware will be great.
