I am unable to get the menu and please wait graphics to display on the terminals, the tftp only shows popup.gif being requested by the clients,and it is the only image being displayed by the clients . do i need additional configuration to display these images. Thanks

I solved the problem by using different hardware. thanks. By using a different terminal, well the test ones were not sufficient i guess.
