Re: WTware on Raspberry Pi 3 with USB scanner

I expect two problems:
1. Not enough power.
2. No drivers in wtware for usb-serial bridge in scanner.
Try it with "serial=com1(usb)" in wtware config. If not working, show the log: http://wtware.com/logs.html

Re: Dual Monitor

USB-VGA at your link costs $30. Add a bit more and buy x86 with two onboard video outputs. Onboard video at x86 will be many times faster than USB video at raspberry.

Re: Remove Config Prompt On Startup

Install this and make new boot SD: http://pxe.ru/files/testing/201709102140.zip And add: no_setup to the very beginning of cmdline.txt file on boot SD. You should get something like: no_setup quiet wtboot=mmc "no_setup" should completely disable Setup menu. "hide_setup" should hi...

Re: Redirect smart card reader connected to Raspberry on Virtual Machine windows 7 for digital signature

Hello,
Please, resend me to support@wtware.com once again your log. I can't find it.
Describe all the actions that you performed during this log.
And - it's important - save log as soon as you see the first error. After the first error do not perform any actions, save log and send it to me.

No.

abtest wrote:so that i can use wtware to connect to my vmmachines ?

VMware workstation can allow VNC connection. WTware can connect to VNC. But... hmm.. only connect. To administrate it, or some other short tasks. VNC is not for everyday longterm work.

Please, give me full logs. From boot to error, as short as possible.
And remove all redundant lines from config.. Put only lines you are sure that are absolutely necessary.

...to make both the speakers over HDMI and the microphone through the webcam... There is no such thing as "redirect 42% of USB device" in RDP. Whole USB device is redirected. If you redirect USB device "webcam", thin client can not interact with any of it's part anymore. ..have ...

Re: WTWare, Pi3 to RDP VM's

Our main audience is Windows system administrators. Our main goal is to connect thin clients to Windows Terminal Server. We have heaps of documentation on our site: http://wtware.com/docs5/config.html http://wtware.com/docs5/configfile.html etc... but we are sure than nobody reads manuals. That's wh...

Re: Update clients with new versions

I do not think automatic wtware update on local disks is a good idea.

If you like to test new versions, use network boot. With network boot, you can easily change version and easily return it back if something goes wrong.
