Hello,
we use Raspberry Pi 4 (1GB RAM) with WTware version 5.8.88 as ThinClient and work via remote desktop connection on Windows Server 2012. Connected is the desktop set (mouse + keyboard) CHERRY DW 5100. Here we get dropouts again and again, so that either the mouse does not move anymore or too many or no characters can be entered via the keyboard. Unplugging and plugging in the USB dongle solves the problem in most cases.
We have already tried different versions (5.8.84; 5.8.76) of WTware, the problem persists there as well. Furthermore we have tried the following options in the command line:
dwc_otg.lpm_enable=1
dwc_otg.speed=1
Even then the same problem exists.
With the Raspberry Pi 3B and WTware 5.6.24 there were no problems with this desktop set so far.
What else can we try? Does anyone have a tip to prevent keyboard and mouse failures?
Many thanks in advance.
