Perhaps, it has no corresponding driver.

Please, try this:
1. Read about (http://wtware.com/docs/config.html#syslog) and add syslog parameter.
2. Reboot terminal and make sure it really creates log.
3. Calibrate the screen. After it fails and comes back to menu, press Esc and boot as said in step 2. It will create calibration log. Please, send this log to support@wtware.com

I have some touch screen's and when I try to calibrate the screen I point all the positions that he send to touch but in the end it's say Failer to calibrate.
Can you help please
